Your current app's own help pages show how to download your records. Use its own export or download button.
Your records stay yours
You stay in charge of your records (you're the data controller). We only use them to set up your KinderStart account (as your data processor). Keep your own copy of your old app's export. See our privacy policy and sub-processors.

Is it really free?
Yes, on any paid plan, monthly or yearly.
How long does it take?
It depends on how many children you have. We'll tell you when we reply.
Do parents get emails straight away?
No. Nobody is invited until you choose.
Does it work in Scotland and Wales?
Yes. We move settings in England, Scotland and Wales.
