See every child's permissions in one grid, narrow it to one consent, and find who to chase.
Childminders and co-childminders who want to see who has given which permission. It takes about a minute.
Consents Overview shows every child you mind against every consent you use, so you can answer "who can I photograph?" or show an inspector your records without opening each profile.
Open the Tools tab, choose Compliance Logs, then Consents Overview. Each cell reads Given, Not Given or Not Recorded.
Tap the consent list and pick one, such as Emergency Medical Treatment. The grid narrows to that consent for every child. Required consents are marked Required.
Tap Missing to see only the children who haven't given it. Given shows the opposite. Tap the ✕ in the banner to clear the filters.
Tap a child's name to open their profile, where Legal Consents lists each one. Edit the profile, and the grid is up to date when you come back.
Every state has its own icon and words, so a gap is never just a colour. Your inspector's name comes from your setting's region.
