Log setting closures, record child holidays, plan your weekly activities, and give parents advance notice — all from one place.
The Setting Planner records when your setting is closed or a child is absent, keeping invoices accurate and your schedule visible at a glance. Weekly Planning lets you map out learning activities in advance and link them to the children who will take part.

The planner lists your entries in date order. The + button in the header adds a new entry; the calendar icon opens the Setting Calendar view.
Use this when your setting is closed — for your own holidays, bank holidays, or any day you are not providing care.
The closure appears in the list as Setting Closed ⛔.
Setting closures are automatically applied to upcoming invoices. Whether parents are charged or deducted for closure days depends on the holiday terms in each child's contract — no manual adjustment is needed.
Use this when a specific child will be absent due to a family holiday or other planned absence. The process is the same as logging a closure, with one difference: select the Child entry type.
To remove an entry, tap Delete within the edit form. To discard changes without saving, close the sheet.
Tap the calendar icon in the Setting Planner header to open Setting Calendar, which shows your entries in a monthly view. Tap Go back to return to the list.
The week view shows the current week. Use Previous Week and Next Week to navigate.
Assigning children to planned activities helps you connect experiences to their individual next steps and learning goals, giving you a record to reference when writing observations.
