Soft play, the park, messy play: you run the same activities every few weeks. Save each one to your Activity Library once, then pick it whenever you plan, instead of typing it out again.
Open the Tools tab, choose Weekly Planning, then tap Activity library. Everyone in your setting shares the same library.
Tap +, add a cover photo if you like, and type the Title. Tap More details to add a description, resources, a Category, an Age range, a Duration and a Location. Tap Save.
Your activities show as photo cards, sorted A to Z. Use the search box or the category chips to find one fast.
Back on Weekly Planning, tap New activity, then Pick from library and choose your activity. The title, description and resources fill in for you, and its cover photo is added to the activity. Choose the day and child, then save.
Already typed an activity you like? Tap Save to library in the form to keep it for next time.
In a child's diary, tap Pick from library under Activities. The activity's title is added to the text, so parents see it in their day summary.
Tap a card in your library to change it, or tap Delete activity to remove it. Activities you've already planned keep their own copy, so nothing on your plan changes.
