Share an activity from your library with the community, and follow it through review to live.
Childminders who want to share an activity that works well in their setting. Needs the Standard plan or a free trial. It takes about two minutes.
Other childminders can use the activities you already run. Share one from your Activity Library, and our team checks it before anyone else sees it.
Open the Tools tab, choose Weekly Planning, and tap Activity library.
Tap + and give the activity a name. Tap More details and describe how it works, so another childminder can run it straight away.
Pick a Category, like Sensory, and an Age range. Other childminders filter by both when they browse.
Switch on Share with community and tap Save. The card is marked Pending review. You need a name, a description and a type before you can share.
Tap the card to see its progress: Submitted, Approved, then Live in community. If it's turned down, the reason shows here, and your own copy stays in your library. Tap Unpublish to take it down at any time.
Every shared activity is checked by our team before anyone else sees it, and its photo stays private until then. If you edit a live activity's name, description, resources, type or photo, it goes back for review.
Childminders already swap ideas in groups and at the park. Checking each one first keeps photos of children private and keeps the library safe to browse.
