Logging nappies, sun cream and extra charges
Record nappy changes, sun cream and extra charges like a late pickup in a child’s diary.

Who this is forChildminders and assistants who've started using the
Daily Diaryand want to record more than meals and naps. Needs a Solo or Team plan, or a free trial. Each entry takes a few seconds.
Open the Tools tab, tap Daily Diary, tap the child and sign them in. The day is a grid of cards, and each card shows what's been logged.
1. Naps
Tap Naps, log the nap and choose where the child slept.
2. Nappy changes
Tap Bathroom, then tap the Bathroom row at the bottom to add an entry. Choose Nappy or Toilet, then the type, such as Wet, and save.
3. Sun cream
Tap Sun cream, choose the SPF, and save.
4. Extra charges
Tap Ad-hoc Charges, then Charge to Invoice, and choose the type, such as Late Pickup or Meal / Snack. Add a description and the amount, then tap Add.
The charge is added to the child's next invoice.
⚠️Check before you invoice
Invoices use the arrival and departure times in the diary. Check every session has both before you create invoices.
