Record when a child brushed their teeth, from the dashboard or the daily diary, and see it on today's timeline.
Childminders and assistants who want a record of when a child brushed their teeth. Needs the Standard plan or a free trial. Each entry takes a few seconds.
You can log tooth brushing from the dashboard, or from the child's Daily Diary. A day can have several entries, such as after breakfast and after lunch.
Tap the + button and choose Tooth Brushing. Pick the children who are signed in, then choose whether they brushed By themselves or By childminder. Both are optional. Add a note if you want to, set the time and tap Log Tooth Brushing.
The time applies to every child you picked. It appears on Today's Timeline as "Emma brushed teeth".
Open the child's diary and tap Tooth Brushing. The card reads Not brushed yet until something is logged, then shows the time of the latest brush.
Tap + Log Tooth Brushing, set Time Brushed, and save. Tap a row to change its time or notes, or to delete it.
When you publish the day, parents see a Tooth Brushing section with each time, who brushed and your notes, in time order.
Several entries a day means the record matches what really happened, and the "By themselves" choice shows how independent a child is getting.
