Signing a consent form
Find a consent form from your childminder, for example for outings, photos or medicine, read it and sign it in the parent app.

Who this is forParents whose childminder has sent a consent form through KinderStart, for example for outings, photos, sun cream or emergency medical treatment. You'll need the parent app (see
Getting started as a parent). It takes about two minutes.
1. Open Documents & Contracts
Tap the Menu at the top left of your home screen, then choose Documents & Contracts.
2. Find the form
On the To Sign tab, the Needs Signature filter shows forms that still need your signature. The newest requests are at the top.
3. Read it through
Tap the form to open it. You're giving your childminder permission for something, so read every part before you sign.
4. Sign it
Scroll to Parent Signature and tap Tap to sign here. Sign with your finger, then tap Save Signature. You'll see "Document signed successfully."
5. That's it
The form moves out of Needs Signature, and your childminder can see your signature straight away. You can find the signed form again under the Signed filter.
⚠️Not sure about something?
Don't sign yet. Ask your childminder first. If they change the form, they'll send you a new one to sign.
